Workday Adaptive Planning Lead – $100-155K – Remote (must be located in US)

Our client, a leading SaaS firm specializing in financial solutions, are seeking a talented Adaptive Planning Lead to join their global team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting Workday Adaptive Planning solutions, driving system enhancements, and delivering actionable insights to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-user training procedures, guidelines, and standard operating policies.
  • Provide daily operational support, training, and increase user engagement.
  • Create technical configurations, including workflow, custom fields, validations, integration monitoring, and access rights.
  • Review and re-engineer spreadsheet-based financial models into Adaptive Planning, developing custom reports and dashboards.
  • Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and strong business partnership.
  • Perform Workday administration, including security maintenance, configuration, data management, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor all integrations for Adaptive Planning, resolving integration issues.
  • Adhere to change management, maintain data integrity, and enforce system standards.
  • Identify process or system improvements to drive value and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with new technical knowledge and maintain proficiency in Workday Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience with Adaptive Planning (administration, implementation, integrations)
  • 4+ years of Finance experience desired, including financial planning, GAAP knowledge, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience working with Global companies
  • SaaS experience
