Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant – $100-150K – Remote (must be located in US)

Our client, a leading consultancy in the Workday Adaptive Planning space, is on the search for an experienced Consultant (Mid-Senior level) to join their team! You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, helping them leverage Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and requirements.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their financial planning and analysis processes, identify pain points, and develop tailored solutions to address their needs.
• Design and build financial models, dashboards, and reports within Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights to provide actionable insights and support informed decision-making.
• Provide training and support to client users on Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights functionalities, best practices, and system optimizations.
• Lead project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and milestone tracking, to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Conduct system assessments and optimizations to enhance the performance, scalability, and efficiency of Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights implementations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to financial planning and analysis, and share knowledge and expertise with the team and clients.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic guidance and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and innovation in their financial planning processes.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights solutions.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in building complex financial models, reports, and dashboards within Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering successful consulting projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment, demonstrating leadership, initiative, and accountability.
• Experience working with clients across various industries, such as healthcare, financial services, technology, retail, or manufacturing, is preferred.
• Workday Adaptive Planning/Adaptive Insights certification(s) is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL/database management a plus.
