Vice President of Sales – Oracle Applications
- Location: US (Remote, some travel required)

The Opportunity
Our client, a growing Oracle-focused Systems Integrator, is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale their Oracle Applications sales function.
This is a leadership role focused on driving revenue growth across the full Oracle Fusion applications portfolio, including ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and related cloud solutions. The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of Sales Directors while owning overall team quota attainment and go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in Oracle applications sales leadership within a consultancy, SI, or enterprise technology services environment, combined with proven experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Directors focused on Oracle Fusion applications and services
- Drive accountability and performance against individual and team revenue targets
- Establish sales strategies, forecasting processes, and pipeline management discipline
- Support the professional growth and development of the sales organisation
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Own and drive overall team quota attainment and revenue performance
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and related solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and target accounts
- Partner with Oracle alliance teams and strategic partners to drive joint opportunities
Strategic Sales Execution
- Support complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification through contract negotiation and close
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful client engagements
- Provide executive-level sales leadership on strategic accounts and large transformation opportunities
- Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline reporting, and sales planning
- Contribute to pricing strategy, commercial positioning, and proposal development
Market & Industry Leadership
- Maintain strong understanding of Oracle Cloud applications market trends and competitive positioning
- Represent the organisation at client meetings, industry events, and Oracle ecosystem engagements
- Provide market feedback to leadership to support growth strategy and service expansion
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in Oracle applications sales leadership within a Systems Integrator, consultancy, or enterprise technology services organisation
- Strong background selling Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, including ERP, EPM, HCM, SCM, and related applications
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading enterprise sales teams
- Track record of achieving and exceeding team-based revenue quotas
- Experience managing complex, consultative enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic sales planning experience
- Established network within the Oracle ecosystem preferred
