My client, a forward-thinking and rapidly growing organization, is seeking a Vena Financial Systems Analyst to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of Finance and IT. In the Vena Financial Systems Analyst role, you will drive smarter, faster, and more data-driven decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Financial Systems Manager, as a Vena Financial Systems Analyst, you will act as the primary owner of the Vena platform, partnering closely with Finance to enhance overall financial performance processes.

With a strong focus on innovation, the organization is also investing in AI-driven capabilities (including Vena Copilot), giving you the chance to help shape the future of financial systems and automation as a Vena Financial Systems Analyst.

Job responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Vena FP&A models, templates, and workflows for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage data integration and validation across Vena, Dynamics 365, and related systems.
• Gather requirements, support solution design, lead UAT, and coordinate deployments.
• Develop reporting solutions (Excel, Power BI) and support month-end close process improvements.
• Partner with Finance and IT on training, issue resolution, and continuous process improvement.

Key requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Vena, IT, or business systems analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Vena and Vena Copilot for planning, reporting, and automation.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Business Central, including chart of accounts, reporting dimensions, and data hierarchies as well as how they integrate with Vena.
• Experience with system integration, data management, and financial reporting tools.
• Experience working with global teams and understanding international financial regulations.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications for predictive analytics and process optimization.
