Position Summary

As Vena Administrator you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and ongoing support of the Vena Solutions platform. This role works closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, IT, and business users to ensure Vena is reliable, secure, performant, and aligned with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis requirements.

You will manage Vena models, templates, workflows, users, security, integrations, and reporting structures while supporting continuous improvement of the platform.

Key Objectives

• Vena is highly available and performs reliably for Finance users.
• Actual, Budget, Forecast, and Plan data loads are accurate and timely.
• Vena models are properly maintained and optimized.
• User access and licensing are effectively controlled.
• Finance users receive timely support for Vena-related issues.
• Integration and data-reconciliation issues are quickly identified and resolved.
• Vena changes are properly documented, tested, and controlled.
• The platform continues to evolve with the organization’s Finance and reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering or supporting Vena Solutions.
• Strong understanding of Vena platform architecture and administration.
• Experience with Vena OLAP models, dimensions, hierarchies, templates, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial data structures and accounting concepts.
• Experience with ERP and/or financial systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Experience with data integration, ETL processes, APIs, or file-based integrations.
• Strong SQL and data-analysis skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Vena Administrator or Vena-related certification.
• Experience integrating Vena with NetSuite or other ERP platforms.
• Experience with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data warehouses.
• Experience with REST APIs and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes.
• Experience managing Vena implementations or major enhancement projects.
• Experience working with distributed/global Finance organizations.
