HRIS Systems Analyst – Healthcare Industry

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Systems Analystto support HR technology initiatives within a leading healthcare organization.

This position will play a key role in the migration of the HR system from ADP Enterprise to Oracle HCM. After implementation, the analyst will serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM application management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and business stakeholders to understand and address operational needs within the Oracle HCM Cloud environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Oracle HCM configuration, table maintenance, and support for core HR modules (ESS/MSS).
  • Provide system support for additional modules such as Absence, Benefits, Compensation, and Offboarding, as needed.
  • Manage and test system releases and updates to ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and enhance system modules to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Generate accurate, timely ad hoc reports and interpret user requirements.
  • Document process flows, recommend improvements, and support business decisions with data-driven insights.
  • Participate in quarterly testing and review new Oracle HCM features and functionalities.
  • Serve as the technical SME for HR system–related projects and initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in human resources information systems, system administration, or similar technical role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or academic environment preferred.
