Responsibilities:

• Ownership of AP, including weekly pay runs across checks, ACH, and wires
• Full-cycle AR, monitoring aging and supporting collections
• Journal entries and full involvement in month-end close
• Monthly reconciliations across bank accounts, credit cards, and GL
• Supporting monthly and year-end financial reporting for leadership
• Managing sales & use tax, PCORI, and other compliance requirements
• Maintaining fixed asset schedules and depreciation
• Supporting external audits and participating in internal reviews
• Working closely with leadership on variance analysis and process improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years in accounting, ideally within manufacturing specifically
• Strong experience in costing and manufacturing environments
• Comfortable owning both AP and AR alongside month-end close
• Experience with reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support
• Proactive and adaptable personality, comfortable taking ownership
