Oracle EPM Solution Architect

$150,000 – $170,000 (base salary)

The ideal Oracle EPM Solution Architect must have experience as an Implementation Consultant.

I am working with a leading Oracle & SAP Partner specializing in enterprise solutions and strategic partnerships. Position Overview:

They are seeking a talented Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) Solutions Architect to join the team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients by leveraging their expertise in Oracle EPM solutions to architect and deliver transformative business solutions.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of enterprise performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Discovery and Analysis:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client requirements, business processes, and technical environments to identify opportunities for Oracle EPM solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop tailored solutions.

2.Solution Architecture:

• Design end-to-end Oracle EPM solutions that align with client objectives, industry best practices, and technological advancements.
• Develop solution architecture blueprints, integration strategies, and implementation roadmaps to guide project execution.

3.Scoping and Estimation:

• Work closely with project managers and sales teams to define project scopes, deliverables, and resource requirements.
• Conduct accurate estimations of project timelines, costs, and resource allocations based on solution complexity and client needs.

4. Demos and Presentations:

• Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of Oracle EPM solutions.
• Effectively communicate technical concepts, value propositions, and business benefits to clients and stakeholders.

5. Collaboration and Leadership:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, consulting, and technical specialists to drive successful project outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices in Oracle EPM solutions.

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE experience implementing Oracle EPM solutions, with expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Financial Management, and related modules.
• Experience with any Oracle EPM application welcome: EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, etc.
• Strong understanding of enterprise performance management concepts, financial planning processes, and industry standards.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients at all levels.
• Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
