Senior Systems Analyst (Adaptive Planning) – Remote – $90,000 – $105,000

Our client is a leading player in the insurance industry. They are seeking a talented Adaptive Systems Analyst to join the team, assist with System enhancements and own the Adaptive Planning tool for the company.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in FP&A, with expertise in building models and dashboards using Adaptive Insights. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of the Adaptive tool, collaborating with various teams to enhance its functionality and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards in Adaptive Insights to support FP&A processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable solutions within the Adaptive platform.
• Customize Adaptive functionalities to streamline financial reporting and forecasting processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the performance and usability of the Adaptive tool.
• Provide training and support to end-users to maximize utilization and effectiveness of the Adaptive platform.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in FP&A and Adaptive Insights to recommend enhancements and new features.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience with Adaptive Planning (incl. experience building models and reports)
