Senior Oracle HCM Consultant – Managed Services
Location: US or Canada (Remote)
Salary: $120-140k (base salary)
I am working with North America’s Leading Oracle Partner/SI to hire a Senior Consultant into their HCM Managed Service team.
The ideal Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant would be responsible for overseeing the delivery of a portfolio of approximately 10 clients within Managed Services.
Whilst hands-on configuration experience in all modules is not required (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, ABM, T&L, etc.), you will receive full training to be able to enhance applications across the board.
The ideal Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Consultant will be coordinating service delivery, developing client relationships, and driving operational excellence!
Key Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expertise: Provide configuration changes and enhancements for Oracle HCM Cloud across Core HR, Benefits, ABM, T&L, Payroll, etc.
- Advisory Services: Advise clients on new features and best practices in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Service Delivery Management: Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Monitor service performance metrics like uptime, response time, and customer satisfaction, addressing any issues proactively.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, identifying service enhancement opportunities, and aligning service delivery with their business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Deep understanding of the administration and maintenance of Oracle HR Cloud (HCM) systems, with at least 3 years’ of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Solid understanding of managed services concepts, service level agreements, and ITIL frameworks.
