Senior Oracle EPM Manager

Location: Morris County, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 base salary

This is a leadership opportunity for an experienced Oracle EPM professional. You’ll work closely with Finance, IT, and external partners to drive platform strategy, optimize performance, deliver system enhancements, and support key planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Oracle EPM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, performance, and alignment with broader technology standards

• Lead Oracle EPM upgrades, testing, deployments, and ongoing platform administration

• Partner with Finance leadership to define and deliver the Oracle EPM roadmap and future enhancements

• Design and oversee integrations between Oracle EPM and ERP systems, including automated data loads and workflow automation

• Lead and develop a team of EPM administrators, developers, and technical analysts

• Drive governance, compliance, data integrity, and change management processes across the platform

• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, and finance operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline

• 8+ years’ experience with Oracle EPM, including Oracle Cloud Planning (PBCS/EPBCS) • Previous experience leading technical teams and/or large-scale enterprise implementations

• Strong expertise across Oracle Planning, application administration, business rules, calculations, security, integrations, and EPM Automate

• Experience with FCCS, EDMCS, Data Management, SmartView, Financial Reporting, and Essbase tools

• Knowledge of REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SQL, and scripting technologies such as PowerShell or Python

• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams
