Senior Oracle EPM Administrator

FTE only: Up to $130,000 / year

A world-leading manufacturer is looking for an Oracle EPM Administrator to add to their growing financial systems team.

We are seeking an adept individual for the role of Oracle EPM Administrator, overseeing the management and upkeep of a comprehensive EPM platform. Acting as a bridge between business units and IT, you will be instrumental in maintaining various applications within the EPM framework, including FCCS, EPBCS, and Essbase.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage existing EPM applications such as EPBCS and FCCS, with potential expansion to include ARCS, EDMCS, and others.
• Conduct data mapping and validation for over 50 global business units across multiple ERP systems.
• Ensure smooth data loading and management processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle’s suite of module functionalities.
• Review and test monthly EPM updates and patches.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and implement new functionality and requirements.
• Develop and execute user requirements within EPM modules.
• Establish processes and control frameworks for financial systems and reporting tools
• Maintain application stability, uptime, and performance testing.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for EPM-related issues and collaborate with IT for timely resolutions.
• Maintain ASO and BSO reporting databases, incorporating new features and enhancements as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Prior experience in financial month-end closing, consolidation, reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Performance Management systems, Oracle Cloud EPM/Hyperion (EPBCS and FCCS)
• Ability to develop and manage business rules, data forms, task lists, and EPM automate scripts.
• Strong understanding of change control and testing methodologies.
• Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Deep knowledge of Hyperion Essbase calc script and business rules development, familiarity with Visual Basic.
