Location: Tampa (Hybrid)

Salary: $120-140k base salary

Are you a collaborative problem-solver with a strong background in financial systems, troubleshooting, and data governance? We’re looking for an experienced Senior Financial Systems Administrator with expertise in EPM platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with finance and IT teams to support and enhance our corporate planning and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to planning and forecasting tools
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support to end users of enterprise performance systems
  • Create and conduct training sessions for new and existing users; maintain up-to-date training documentation
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and define system requirements for enhancements
  • Support the organization’s long-term financial systems strategy
  • Facilitate communication regarding planning system timelines, updates, and best practices
  • Maintain documentation for business rule scripts, allocations, and custom calculations; ensure accuracy and functionality
  • Perform ongoing system administration tasks, including version rollovers and data integration
  • Manage user roles, access, and security protocols
  • Build and run custom reports and dashboards using supported reporting tools
  • Support data integration using platforms such as Data Management, FDMEE, Oracle Integration Cloud, or other ETL tools
  • Participate in implementations, upgrades, and rollouts of cloud-based EPM solutions, including planning and consolidation modules

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in EPM administration
  • Ability to learn, and cross-train in to Hyperion / Oracle EPM
  • Solid knowledge of consolidation and intercompany eliminations
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
  • Familiarity with scenario modeling, rolling forecasts, and driver-based planning models
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-management skill
  • Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to understand user needs and deliver effective system solutions
