Senior OneStream Developer (m/f/d)

Full-time • Remote (Germany) • Occasional travel to offices

We’re seeking an experienced Senior OneStream Developer to be the key internal partner between finance and technical teams, responsible for translating business needs into sustainable EPM solutions and guiding the ongoing optimisation of our platform.

About the Role

Three years ago we rolled out OneStream across the business; the solution runs well and supports forecasting, budgeting and management accounting. You’ll focus on stabilisation, optimisation and rework to drive maximum business value.

In this role you will:

• Act as primary internal OneStream subject matter expert for finance, FP&A, and business stakeholders.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Provide design oversight, governance and guidance on platform enhancements and changes.
• Drive solution reviews, best practices and quality standards across development activities.
• Partner closely with internal developers and external partners to ensure deliverables meet business needs.
• Participate in UAT, solution walkthroughs and deployment coordination.
• Monitor platform performance, suggest improvements and assist in roadmap planning.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven OneStream experience, ideally across multiple modules and environments (consolidation, planning, reporting).
• Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into “fit-for-purpose” solutions.
• Fluent German and good business English – strong communication skills with both finance and technology teams.
• Comfortable guiding development without being hands-on in coding, focusing on design, oversight and solution quality.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, prioritise work and make sound architectural decisions.
