Senior Maximo Consultant (Functional)

The client is an international consulting firm with services across asset management advisory and EAM implementation – particularly for Maximo, where they’ve had international success across a variety of sectors.

With a well-established Maximo/EAM delivery team abroad, this is a unique role combining the support of an experienced EAM professional services team, with the unique progression and ownership in being an early Maximo hire for their North American practice – which is set to scale rapidly in the near future.

They need deeply experienced Maximo consultants, highly proficient in leading delivery projects – but also comfortable and willing to be future leaders, or at least mentors to a growing US team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Maximo/MAS workstreams across strategy, design, build and deployment.
• Facilitate solution design and business process workshops with senior client stakeholders.
• Translate operational requirements and asset management strategy into scalable EAM solutions.
• Guide architecture and integration decisions across ERP, GIS, IoT, data and analytics platforms.
• Oversee delivery quality across configuration, integrations, data migration and cutover activities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership and support roadmap, governance and transformation strategy.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to EAM methodologies, best practices and client growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (15+ years) delivering IBM Maximo and Maximo Application Suite within large, asset-intensive organizations.
• Proven experience leading workstreams within complex, enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Strong client-facing skills, including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, MIF and ERP/GIS integrations.
• Experience with MAS 8/9 highly preferred.
• Experience within highly regulated transportation, utilities or similar asset-intensive sectors.
• Ability to combine strategic consulting with strong hands-on Maximo and solution delivery credibility.
