Senior Maximo Consultant (Technical & Functional)

Global Maximo Partner seeking experienced Maximo consultants to join their Canadian practice as part of their international EAM Delivery expansion. This is a techno-functional role, designed for experienced Maximo professionals able to manage and deliver projects independently and to a high quality.

You’d be joining a team with decades of experience in EAM delivery, working alongside hundreds of Maximo experts, with thousands upon thousands of projects successfully delivered in the Maximo space across the globe. Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Design and configure IBM Maximo solutions, integrations, and data migrations.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs and documentation.
• Oversee testing, training, and post–go-live support.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout all project phases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo consulting/delivery
• Proven track record leading Maximo implementations as a technical and functional resource
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and solution design.
• Advanced SQL skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
