Senior Manager (Workday Financials Systems) – Dallas (Hybrid)

Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Financials professional to join their growing team in a permanent role! The firm, located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area, has already implemented Workday Financials and is looking to deploy Workday Adaptive in the near future. The role is offering an annual salary of $130,000-140,000.

The firm is a mid-sized company that has gone public within the last year. The company is rapidly growing, with fantastic internal growth opportunities!

The ideal candidate would have 4+ years’ experience with Workday Financials, with additional managerial experience with both technical employees and support staff.

In your role as senior manager, you would be overseeing a team dedicated to supporting the existing Workday Financials system and deploying Workday Adaptive at a future date, with the firm offering to sponsor Adaptive certification. Additionally, you would oversee communications between the technical team and end users.

Here’s some more details on the role and what they are looking for:

• 4+ years’ Workday Financials experience
• Strong configuration experience with:
• Security, Business Processes, Custom validations/conditional rules, APR, and Report Building
• Workday Implementation experience a plus
• Real Estate/Construction or related industry experience a plus!
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and collaborative
• Accounting Degree required

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership role focusing on business systems, preferably within Workday
• Deep technical knowledge of Workday Financials, Adaptive knowledge is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills to properly collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Actively fostering a culture of continuous improvement in their everyday life
