About the Opportunity

A leading global consulting organization is seeking an Anaplan Senior Manager to join its Finance Transformation practice, helping clients modernize planning, forecasting, and performance management capabilities through large-scale transformation initiatives.

This role combines client delivery, stakeholder management, business development, and team leadership. The successful candidate will lead enterprise planning engagements, oversee delivery teams, and help organizations unlock greater value through modern planning processes and technologies

Key Responsibilities:

Client Delivery & Transformation Leadership

• Lead Finance Transformation initiatives focused on planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
• Manage project delivery, stakeholder expectations, timelines, and quality across multiple client engagements
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations leaders to design and implement enterprise planning solutions
• Guide clients through planning modernization initiatives and future-state operating model design
• Review project deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with business objectives

Enterprise Planning & Solution Delivery

• Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
• Support planning transformation programs from strategy through deployment and adoption
• Oversee testing, training, deployment, and post-production support activities
• Drive scalable planning architectures and integrated planning solutions
• Ensure best practices across solution design, governance, and delivery methodologies

Leadership & Practice Development

• Coach, mentor, and develop consultants and managers across project teams
• Provide leadership on project execution, priorities, and professional development
• Support recruiting, team growth, and capability development initiatives
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams

Business Development

• Lead and support client pursuits, proposals, and business development activities
• Develop and maintain strong executive-level client relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client engagements
• Contribute to practice growth and market development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• 8+ years of Finance Transformation, Enterprise Planning, or EPM experience
• Experience implementing or supporting Anaplan solutions
• Strong knowledge of planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management process
• Experience leading client engagements, project teams, or transformation workstreams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel as required for client engagements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple full lifecycle Anaplan implementations
• Experience integrating EPM solutions with ERP systems, data platforms, and ETL tools
• Anaplan Model Builder, Solution Architect, or other relevant certifications
• Experience overseeing testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Experience supporting proposals, business development, and sales pursuits
• Advanced degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience leading enterprise planning or planning modernization programs
