Title: Senior Manager – Anaplan Consulting – Finance Team

Base Salary: $180,000–$230,000 USD

About the Opportunity

A leading Anaplan partner is looking for Senior Managers to help lead complex Finance Transformation programs across its growing Anaplan practice.

This position sits at the intersection of technical Anaplan leadership, transformation strategy, client management, and team leadership.

You’ll oversee significant enterprise engagements, provide direction on solution architecture, and act as a trusted advisor to senior Finance leadership while developing the teams responsible for delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead large-scale Anaplan Finance Transformation programs
• Oversee multiple project workstreams and delivery teams
• Provide senior-level guidance across Anaplan solution architecture and design
• Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and aligned with Finance requirements
• Challenge technical approaches and provide direction on complex implementation decisions
• Advise clients across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet, cash flow, and broader planning
• Build trusted relationships with CFO organizations and senior Finance leadership
• Lead and develop Managers, Consultants, Model Builders, and Solution Architects
• Maintain responsibility for engagement quality, delivery, risk, and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and solve additional client challenges
• Contribute to practice development, methodologies, and Anaplan capability growth

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of relevant experience
• Deep Anaplan implementation and Finance Transformation experience
• Multiple complex end-to-end Anaplan implementations
• Anaplan Certified Model Builder minimum
• Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner highly preferred
• Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, model design, and performance
• Strong FP&A and broader Finance Transformation knowledge
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise engagements
• Experience managing and developing consulting teams
• Strong executive presence with senior and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to balance technical credibility, delivery leadership, and commercial awareness
• Able to work within a hybrid consulting environment
• Comfortable traveling up to 60%
