Senior Financial Systems Manager – Workday (Financials & Adaptive) – Hybrid, Dallas – $130-185K

A prominent company in the Real Estate/Construction industry is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Systems to lead their Workday Financials (FIN) platform and prepare for the integration of Adaptive Planning next year. What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Workday Financials (FIN) with a focus on system configuration (security, business processes, custom validations, conditional rules, APR, and report building)
• Lead the strategy, testing, and implementation of new features, and support the integration of new businesses into Workday Financials
• Drive optimization efforts across the platform and maintain a continuous improvement mindset post-implementation
• Collaborate closely with business partners to align system functionality with organizational needs
• Manage the future integration of Workday Adaptive Planning and oversee its successful deployment
• Manage and mentor a team of two system administrators, supporting their growth and development
• Implement and enhance processes for gathering, tracking, and testing business requirements, ensuring efficient and effective system operations

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in the Workday Financials ecosystem, ideally Workday Certified
• Strong configurator with expertise in Workday security, business processes, custom validations, report building, and continuous system improvements
• Experience leading strategy, testing, and implementation of new features and integrations
• Real Estate/Construction industry experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning is a plus, with implementation experience highly desirable
• Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and stakeholders
• Proven leadership skills, including experience managing and mentoring teams
