Senior Financial Systems Analyst (Workday Adaptive) – LA – $80,000 – 115,000
Our client is a reputable non-profit who recently implemented Workday Adaptive and Workday Financials. Based in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, they are committed to making a meaningful impact in the community through their initiatives and programs.
They are currently seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst with specialized expertise in Workday Adaptive. This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing our client’s financial systems, focusing particularly on integration experiences. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of remote and onsite work opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial reporting and analysis requirements.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Adaptive integrations.
- Configure and customize Workday Adaptive to meet organizational needs and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and support for financial systems upgrades and enhancements.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to financial systems.
- Document processes, workflows, and configurations to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial systems and Workday Adaptive.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Financial Systems Analyst, with a focus on Workday Adaptive.
- Proven track record of successful integration projects within financial systems.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting processes.
- Experience with configuring and customizing Workday Adaptive, including dashboards and reports.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
