Senior Financial Analyst (Pigment)

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Own and maintain the consolidated financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to support planning and executive decision-making.
  • Build and improve forecasting models across revenue, COGS, and OpEx, including assumptions, drivers, and scenarios.
  • Support the annual operating plan process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles, including variance commentary and leadership-ready outputs.
  • Translate operational inputs (headcount, usage, pipeline, product timelines) into model updates.
  • Help scale Finance’s planning infrastructure, including Pigment implementation, AI-driven process improvements, and data validation.

Business Partnering:

  • Partner with Sales and RevOps on pipeline/bookings analysis and deal-sizing models.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to quantify the financial impact of roadmap and tooling investments.
  • Act as a responsive Finance partner for cross-functional ad hoc analysis.

Reporting & Executive Deliverables:

  • Own data pulls, slides, and workstreams for leadership calls, board packages, and investor materials.
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency across recurring deliverables.
  • Use AI tools to speed up and improve financial analysis.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or corporate finance
  • Hands-on experience with Pigment required
  • Experience building/maintaining integrated 3-statement models
  • Strong Excel modeling skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience preparing executive-facing materials
  • Comfortable managing multiple workstreams with limited direction
  • Interest in AI tools for financial workflows (Claude experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
