Senior Financial Analyst (OneStream) – Nashville, TN (Onsite)

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for gathering data to understand trends affecting the various businesses. Supports critical finance processes such as internal management reporting, KPI/scorecards, financial planning, forecasting, financial variance analysis, and CPM system administration.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financials reports and update financial models.
• Conduct monthly trend, variance and margin analysis by product, market & business
• Monthly financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliation for international entities.
• Identify and drive process improvements, efficiencies, and accuracies in financial reporting capabilities, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and models in Excel or OneStream.
• Leverage tools beyond traditional spreadsheets to automate reporting and create financial visuals that enhance accuracy and communicate financial performance.
• Prepare US GAAP journal entries and maintain US GAAP reporting and work with local finance /accounting firm to resolve any differences.
• Administrator and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for One Stream CPM system
• Prepare US audit schedules for external audit as needed.
• Provide accounting support for US and international entities as needed.
• Develop and maintain various excel models, and ad hoc reports.
• Assist with other special projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Five plus years’ experience with a multinational company preferred.
• Understands generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and its impact as it relates to financial reporting, consolidations, currency translation and internal controls.
• Experience working in a multi-ERP environment
• OneStream CPM platform experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to create dashboard, reports, transformation rules and make other configuration changes in OneStream strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and result oriented.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external customers.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.
• Systems aptitude and proficiency in Advanced Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office. Experience creating pivot tables, advanced formulas, power query and Power BI would be a plus
