Senior FP&A Analyst – Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

A fast-growing, award-winning real estate organization is seeking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst after a series of internal promotions and growth. The role is hybrid out of their Atlanta office (2 days per week) with great personal progression opportunities.

This position will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and building company-wide financial reporting schedules while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely reporting within Vena. Additionally, this position will provide systems support and serve as a liaison between the FP&A reporting tools and the Corporate/Division accounting and finance teams. The position requires knowledge of the EPM software Vena, creative problem-solving and innovation in building new reporting tools and processes.

Duties and Responsibilities: (Including, but not limited to the following)

• Work closely with FP&A, Corporate, and Division teams to prepare and distribute standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports in Vena
• Onboard and train new users in the FP&A reporting system(s)
• Help build and support FP&A reporting systems & tools
• Help manage, troubleshoot, and resolve FP&A issues
• Prepare various ad hoc reports and analyses as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance or a business-related field
• 5+ years of related experience
• Experience with Vena Solutions, Jet Reports, BC2023 and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferable
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial modelling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel
• Demonstrates organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong work ethic and high level of integrity with ability to handle sensitive materials with utmost confidentiality
• Team-player with the ability to effectively collaborate with various departments
