  • Serve as primary administrator and subject matter expert for the planning platform, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and reporting
  • Partner with Business Intelligence and Finance Systems teams to ensure accurate integrations, reconciliations, and data consistency across financial and operational systems
  • Lead and support core FP&A activities, including:
  • Monthly reporting packages and variance analysis
  • Ongoing forecast cycles (monthly, rolling, annual budget)
  • Executive and board-level reporting materials
  • Ad-hoc financial analysis and cross-functional business support
  • Design and maintain scalable planning models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows and reduce reliance on spreadsheets
  • Champion AI-driven enhancements within FP&A, such as:
  • Automated variance commentary and performance insights
  • Reporting summaries and executive-ready narratives
  • Trend analysis and anomaly detection
  • Maintain documentation, governance standards, and model best practices
  • Provide training and support to drive adoption of planning tools across the organization

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance Systems, or Business Operations within a technology or subscription-based company
  • Strong understanding of financial planning cycles, systems integrations, and data management
  • Hands-on experience with modern enterprise EPM tools (Pigment strongly preferred; Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive, Vena)
  • Comfortable working with integrated financial and operational datasets
  • Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and systems thinking
  • Able to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated interest in automation and AI applications within Finance
  • Strong communicator capable of partnering across Finance, Systems, and Data teams
