About the Role

My client, a high-growth SaaS org, is hiring a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to help scale planning capabilities in a high-growth SaaS environment. This role sits at the center of Finance, GTM, and Product, owning core planning processes while leading the evolution of a Pigment environment into a best-in-class decision-making engine.

You’ll combine strong financial acumen with systems expertise, acting as both a strategic partner to the business and a key driver of EPM roadmap.

What You’ll Own

• Lead company-wide planning processes including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning
• Own and optimize our Pigment instance, including model architecture, scenario planning, and ongoing enhancements
• Partner with GTM, Product, and R&D leaders to translate business drivers into scalable financial models
• Build and maintain SaaS metrics frameworks (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, burn, Rule of 40) to support executive decision-making
• Deliver executive-level insights, board materials, and performance reporting with clear, actionable narratives
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, data integrity, and systems integration

What We’re Looking For

• 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or related roles within high-growth SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with Pigment (implementation, ownership, or heavy end-user modeling)
• Strong financial modeling skills with deep understanding of SaaS business drivers
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a highly cross-functional, client-facing environment
• Experience scaling planning processes in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Systems mindset — able to bridge finance and technology to build scalable solutions

Nice to Have

• Background in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups
• Experience with additional tools (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake)
• Exposure to pricing strategy, sales capacity planning, or cloud cost modeling
