Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EAM software implementations, working closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert on the product suite, supporting configuration, testing, and deployment
• Produce key project deliverables including process maps, gap analyses, and functional/technical documentation
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
• Collaborate with Product & Development teams to resolve issues and enhance solutions
• Deliver training, consulting, and post-implementation support to customers
• Travel to client sites to support implementation and operational improvements

Requirements

• Consulting experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementations, including Maximo, Attune/Hexagon EAM, Trapeze EAM, SAP PM, Oracle WAM, AssetWorks, Nuvolo, IFS EAM, Ultimo, Brightly CMMS, UpKeep, NEXGEN etc.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into solutions
• Experience integrating enterprise systems, with knowledge of SQL, databases, or scripting
• Solid problem-solving, testing, and troubleshooting capabilities
• Business process knowledge of asset-intensive, highly-regulated industries
• Willingness to travel in a consulting role
