Our client is an engineering company based in Munich who are looking for a Senior Controller to join their team. The position requires controlling experience as well as strong knowledge of SAP modules including SAP FI/CO, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP S/4 HANA and SAP R/3.

The Role:

– Coordinating system and process improvements; further developments in SAP/CO and other CO applications in collaboration with IT

– Acting as an SAP R/3 key user for the CO module

– Quality assurance, problem solving and conducting tests on the controlling systems

– Responsible for the design, customising and (if necessary), pre-filling of the system for planning and forecasting

– Daily creation of analyses and reports in SAP/CO and SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud)

– Coordinating and participating in monthly and annual closings

Requirements:

– Completed a University Degree with a focus on economics and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience in the field of controlling

– Excellent knowledge of the SAP R/3 CO module and basic knowledge of the FI modules

– Excelling in the design of commercial processes in SAP using SAP Best Practice] Basic knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud and experience with the SAP S/4HANA CO/FI module

– Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure problems

– Changing and designing new processes

– Characterized by a high level of initiative, sustainability and a willingness to take responsibility
