I’m currently supporting a leading company in the energy sector that’s looking to strengthen its Controlling team. This role offers the chance to combine analytical skill with real impact — helping shape the financial management and strategic direction of a business at the forefront of sustainable change.

The role:

As part of the controlling team, you’ll analyze complex data, develop insightful reports, and support management with well-founded decisions. You’ll optimize processes, design planning structures, and help drive the company’s strategic development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing weekly and monthly reports on sales, costs, and customer development
• Supporting budget planning and monthly rolling forecasts
• Delivering ad-hoc analyses for business and strategic decisions
• Acting as a proactive business partner to internal stakeholders
• Taking ownership of data modeling and integration within Jedox
• Designing integrated planning processes and presenting insights to leadership

You bring:

• A degree in business administration or similar
• Solid experience in controlling (ideally in the energy industry)
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Confidence in MS Office; experience with Jedox or other EPM platforms a plus
• Structured, team-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to take responsibility
