Your impact:

As a (Senior) Consultant (m/f/d) you are responsible for the conception and implementation of change campaigns and actively involve managers and employees.

– Implementation: In your daily work, you will apply state-of-the-art change methods such as people analytics, design thinking, behavioral change, change monitoring and agile project management.

– Communication: You prepare lab formats and create communication materials for the introduction of new technologies in the areas of ERP (SAP S/4HANA), CRM (Salesforce), HR Cloud (SAP SuccessFactors / Workday) or Digital Workplace, EPM (Adaptive Planning / Workday Financials, Oracle Cloud).

– Knowledge transfer: Through close cooperation with national and international colleagues from the field of human capital, you will develop the best solutions for our customers.

– Project management: You will take on sub-projects and management responsibility for our customers and junior employees.

Your responsibilities:

– Above-average university degree (university or university of applied sciences)

Experience with Workday Financials / Oracle Cloud / Oracle Financials / EPM

– Professional experience (at least 2 years) in a renowned consulting company or in a line function with a focus on change management, organizational design and transformation, communication and adult education

– Experience in the introduction of cloud-based IT solutions and IT-driven transformation projects, especially in the area of SAP S/4 HANA or HR Cloud as well as with traditional and innovative change methods and tools.

– High sense of responsibility towards team members, affinity and curiosity to make the new ‘digital world’ tangible and understandable for people

– Willingness to travel, very good knowledge of German and English as well as strong communication and presentation skills
