Senior Consultant – CPM/EPM Implementations (North America)

About the Opportunity:

Our client is a growing consulting and implementation partner specializing in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions. With an established international presence and a strong reputation within the Vena ecosystem, they are continuing to expand their consulting team across North America.

They are seeking a Senior Consultant who can independently deliver software implementations, partner closely with clients, and play a key role in driving successful CPM projects from discovery through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support CPM/EPM software implementation projects for enterprise clients.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions.
• Configure and customize CPM platforms to meet client needs.
• Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design discussions.
• Build financial models, reporting solutions, and planning processes within the platform.
• Collaborate with Lead Consultants and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience implementing or administering CPM/EPM solutions such as Vena, Prophix, Planful, Adaptive Planning, or Datarails.
• Ability to manage project workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct Vena implementation experience.
• Background in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, or Corporate Performance Management.
• Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Finance and Technology teams.

Compensation & Location

• Salary: $130,000–$160,000 CAD/USD, depending on experience.
• Location: North America (Canada preferred).
• Employment Type: Full-time (permanent or contract arrangements may be considered).
