Senior Consultant – Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning & Budgeting)

• Base salary: $110,000 – $150,000
• Location: Remote (US)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud consultant with Planning (EPBCS) expertise to deliver cloud-based planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. This role blends functional FP&A knowledge with hands-on system configuration, partnering with business and finance teams to improve planning processes and decision support.

You will lead key components of EPBCS implementations, supporting clients through solution design, build, testing, and deployment while promoting best practices in cloud-based planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Oracle EPBCS solutions
• Translate business and FP&A requirements into scalable planning application designs
• Configure dimensions, forms, calculations, workflows, and dashboards
• Build and manage planning rules using Calculation Manager and Groovy scripting
• Support data integration, automation, and validation activities
• Lead testing cycles, user training, and go-live support
• Coordinate project tasks and contribute to solution demos and client presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• 3–5+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPBCS or Planning Cloud
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling
• Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools
• Prior experience with Hyperion Planning or Essbase is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
