Senior Consultant – Oracle EPM Cloud (Financial Consolidation & Close)
- Base salary: $110,000 – $150,000
- Location: Remote (US)
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Oracle EPM Cloud consultant with Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) expertise to help deliver cloud-based consolidation and close solutions. This role combines hands-on system configuration with close-process transformation, working directly with finance and accounting teams.
You will take ownership of key delivery areas within FCCS implementations, supporting clients through design, build, testing, and go-live while promoting best practices for modern financial close.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Oracle FCCS solutions
- Translate accounting and close requirements into scalable FCCS application designs
- Configure consolidation rules, eliminations, currency translation, journals, and close workflows
- Lead data integration, automation, and validation activities
- Plan and execute testing cycles, including reconciliation and user acceptance testing
- Coordinate project tasks and contribute to solution demos and client presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience with Oracle FCCS or similar consolidation platforms
- Strong understanding of consolidation and close processes, including intercompany, multi-currency, and ownership structures
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integration tools
- Prior experience with HFM or other legacy consolidation systems is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
