Senior Consultant – Oracle EPM

Location: Remote (US) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Requirement: US Citizen, or GC Holder | Base Salary: $120 – 140,000 | Bonus: 15%

Overview

A fast-growing consulting firm seeks a Senior Consultant / Lead Developer with hands-on Oracle EPM expertise, focusing on planning, budgeting, and financial performance solutions. The role involves full lifecycle engagement—from requirements and design to development, deployment, and training—delivering high-impact solutions for enterprise clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting solutions, including EPBCS, PBCS, Hyperion, and EPM Cloud
• Translate business requirements into functional Oracle EPM applications and financial models
• Configure and develop planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting solutions
• Manage project workstreams: documentation, testing, training, and deployment
• Apply Oracle EPM best practices for development, testing, and data integration
• Communicate insights via visualization and data-driven storytelling
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and provide alternative solutions proactively

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM development
• Ideally involved in 1+ end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS, PBCS, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; ability to integrate with Oracle EPM data
• Experience in full project lifecycle (requirements → deployment → training)
