🚀 Lead Consultant – Lucanet Implementation | Freiburg (Hybrid) | Private Equity Focus

We’re currently partnering with a dynamic financial advisory and consulting firm, actively seeking an experienced Lead Consultant to join their growing team in Freiburg. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Lucanet expert who thrives in a high-impact, hands-on environment with strong exposure to Private Equity clients and transactions.

🔍 Your Role

As Lead Consultant, you will take ownership of client projects focused on:

• Lucanet implementations (Consolidation, Planning, Reporting) for clients in Germany and Switzerland
• Leading projects in the Private Equity environment (Finance onboarding, M&A integration, etc.)
• Contributing to Financial Due Diligence (FDD) processes, especially in add-on acquisitions
• Supporting Purchase Price Allocations and preparation of Group Financial Statements under HGB / Swiss GAAP / Management Reporting
• Mentoring and guiding junior consultants in their professional development

✅ Your Profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in financial consulting, ideally with Lucanet or a Lucanet partner (Big 4 backgrounds welcome – e.g. EY FAAS, KPMG APA, PwC AAS)
• Proven hands-on skills in Group Consolidation, Planning, and Financial Reporting
• German native speaker with fluent English
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills
• Willingness to be in Freiburg office 2–3 days per week (essential for team collaboration)
