Global Maximo Partner & Infrastructure Engineering Consultancy seeking experienced Nuclear professionals to join their Maximo practice as part of an international expansion. This is a functional EAM leadership role, designed for experienced Nuclear professionals able to manage and deliver high-level projects independently and to a high quality – and interested in becoming fully-fledged Maximo consultants.

You’d be joining a team with decades of experience in EAM delivery, working alongside hundreds of Maximo experts, with thousands upon thousands of projects successfully delivered in the Maximo space across the globe. There truly is no better place to leverage your experience as a Nuclear expert, especially if looking to dive further into the Maximo space.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops and requirements sessions.
• Lead functional requirements gathering, specifications, and business processes.
• Architect and configure Maximo applications and related integrations.
• Lead end-user training programs and develop training materials.
• Provide post go-live support and mentor junior Maximo consultants.
• Advise clients on industry best practices and process improvements.

Required:

• 10+ years working within the nuclear industry – with preference for additional Power Generation (Fossil, Renewable, Oil & Gas etc.) background.
• Experience in IBM Maximo or other EAM required
• Supply Chain Management Experience preferred
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementation projects independently, working heavily with Nuclear-specific stakeholders
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
