Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Principal Consultant with a strong background in manufacturing operations to lead full-cycle ERP implementations. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of technology and process optimization, and who are passionate about delivering transformative business outcomes in manufacturing environments. You will work directly with clients to assess business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement NetSuite ERP systems that streamline operations across production, quality control, inventory, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle NetSuite ERP Implementations: Manage the end-to-end delivery of NetSuite ERP systems for manufacturing clients, ensuring successful deployment, data migration, user training, and post-go-live support.
• Drive Process Optimization: Leverage industry experience to analyze client operations and recommend process improvements in areas such as manufacturing execution, cost management, production planning, quality assurance, and logistics.
• System Configuration and Customization: Configure NetSuite modules (specially manufacturing and MRP-related functions) to align with the client’s operational workflows, incorporating custom scripts, workflows, and integrations as needed.
• Business Process Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to map and understand current-state processes and develop future-state solutions that maximize NetSuite’s capabilities while meeting business objectives.
• Solution Delivery: Translate client requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable, sustainable ERP solutions.
• Support and Enablement: Provide ongoing user training, documentation, and support to ensure high user adoption and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Manufacturing Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong grasp of industry challenges, KPIs, and regulatory standards.
• ERP Implementation Experience: In-depth knowledge of modern ERP platforms such as SAP, Plex, Infor, QAD, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, etc., with at least 3 years of NetSuite-specific implementation experience.
• NetSuite Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to configure NetSuite ERP, particularly in areas related to MRP (Material Requirements Planning), multi-level BOMs, work orders, routing, and costing methods (standard, average, actual).
• WMS & MES Systems Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), with the ability to integrate these platforms with NetSuite.
• Quality and Compliance: Familiarity with working in regulated manufacturing environments, including compliance with ISO, SQF, AS9100, GMP, and FDA standards.
• Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in the United States and eligible to work without sponsorship.
