Global Maximo Partner seeking experienced Maximo professionals to join their delivery practice as part of their continued international growth. This is a techno-functional EAM leadership role, leading design and solutioning on Maximo implementation/upgrade projects.

You’d be joining a team with decades of experience in Maximo delivery, working alongside hundreds of Maximo experts, with thousands upon thousands of projects successfully delivered in the Maximo space across the globe. There truly is no better place to leverage your experience as a Maximo expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IBM Maximo EAM implementations, from requirements through to go-live and support
• Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into Maximo configurations and solutions
• Design and implement Maximo solutions, including workflows, applications, integrations, and data migration strategies
• Produce clear technical and functional documentation, including solution designs and process flows
• Drive UAT, defect resolution, and ensure quality across all Maximo deliverables
• Support deployment, user training, and post go-live stabilization, acting as the main technical/functional lead

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IBM Maximo delivery experience
• Proven techno-functional involvement on multiple successful Maximo EAM implementations
• Project/Professional experience across asset-intensive and highly-regulated sectors such as utilities, oil and gas, transportation, manufacturing etc.
• Excellent Communication Skills (English)
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field
