About the role

We are partnering with a growing boutique EPM consultancy specialising in CCH Tagetik to hire a Principal CCH Tagetik Consultant.

This is a senior opportunity for someone with 5+ years of CCH Tagetik consulting experience who is ready to take greater ownership across client delivery, lead complex engagements and play a key role in the continued growth of the consultancy.

You’ll work closely with the founders and senior leadership team, giving you high visibility and the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered, support junior consultants and contribute to the development of the wider practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CCH Tagetik implementations across planning, consolidation, reporting and wider Finance Transformation
• Take ownership of complex client engagements from requirements through to delivery
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and build strong relationships with finance stakeholders
• Lead and support consulting teams across project delivery
• Provide guidance on solution design, implementation approach and best practice
• Support pre-sales, demonstrations, proposals and client meetings
• Help identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships
• Contribute to the development of the consultancy’s delivery standards, methodologies and wider offering
• Support and mentor junior consultants as the team continues to grow

About you

• 5+ years’ experience in CCH Tagetik consulting
• Strong track record of end-to-end Tagetik implementations
• Strong understanding of areas such as Consolidation, FP&A, Planning and Financial Reporting
• Comfortable leading client engagements and working with senior finance stakeholders
• Previous experience leading projects, teams or workstreams
• Strong commercial awareness and willingness to get involved in pre-sales
• Confident communicator with a consultative approach
• Able to operate independently and take ownership in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
