Principal Anaplan Solutions Architect

Salary: $170,000 – $240,000

We are partnering with a leading organization in the healthcare industry to identify a Principal Anaplan Solutions Architect to drive enterprise-wide planning transformation initiatives across Finance and HR. This is a highly strategic role for an experienced Anaplan leader who thrives at the intersection of architecture, business strategy, and enterprise planning.

As a key advisor to senior stakeholders, you will shape the future of workforce planning, financial forecasting, and enterprise analytics while helping define the long-term Anaplan roadmap across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the end-to-end Anaplan solution architecture across Finance and Workforce Planning
• Define architectural standards, governance, and best practices for enterprise Anaplan usage
• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated Anaplan models including: Headcount, compensation planning, workforce forecasting, hiring plans, scenario analysis, and organizational modeling
• Serve as a strategic advisor on enterprise-wide Anaplan initiatives and integrations
• Partner closely with Finance, HR, IT, and enterprise architecture teams
• Oversee integrations with platforms such as Workday, SAP, Oracle, and Snowflake
• Mentor architects and development teams on scalable modeling frameworks
• Drive optimization, innovation, and continuous improvement across planning processes
• Support reporting and dashboard initiatives using Power BI and related visualization tools
• Ensure alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards including HIPAA and SOX

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of Anaplan experience including architecture, model building, ALM, and security
• Strong background supporting both Finance and HR planning functions
• Deep understanding of workforce planning, financial forecasting, and enterprise planning strategy
• Experience integrating Anaplan with enterprise systems including Workday, SAP, Oracle, or Snowflake
• Hands-on integration experience with APIs, MuleSoft, Informatica, Oracle OIC, or similar tools
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or enterprise reporting platforms
• Exposure to predictive analytics or modeling tools such as Python, R, or Azure ML
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Anaplan Solution Architect or Master Anaplanner certification highly preferred
