About the Opportunity

A fast-growing planning consultancy is expanding its Supply Chain / Integrated Business Planning capability and is looking for a Senior Consultant to help build this area of the business.

The consultancy works across Pigment and Workday Adaptive Planning and is expanding beyond traditional FP&A into areas including S&OP, Supply Chain, Workforce Planning, SPM, and Project Planning.

You do not need existing Pigment or Workday Adaptive experience to be considered. For someone with strong Supply Chain planning expertise, the business is open to providing cross-training across both platforms.

This is first and foremost a hands-on consulting role. You’ll lead Supply Chain and IBP workstreams for clients while also helping develop the demos, methodologies, and best practices that will underpin a growing Supply Chain practice.

What You’ll Do

Client Delivery

• Lead and deliver IBP / Supply Chain planning workstreams for clients
• Work across Demand Planning, S&OP, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, and related processes
• Own discovery, solution design, and build activities
• Work alongside Solution Leads, Architects, and Consultants on broader planning transformations
• Ensure Supply Chain solutions integrate effectively with wider financial planning models
• Become hands-on across Pigment and Workday Adaptive Planning

Supply Chain Practice Development

• Help shape how the consultancy approaches Supply Chain and IBP implementations
• Establish repeatable delivery standards and best practices
• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and design patterns
• Use lessons from live implementations to continuously improve the practice
• Play an important role in building out the firm’s growing Supply Chain capability

Demos & Sales Support

• Build demo environments showcasing Supply Chain and IBP capabilities
• Support sales conversations as the Supply Chain subject-matter expert
• Help prospects understand how technology can solve their planning challenges
• Translate real-world implementation experience into compelling demonstrations
• Support solution scoping where deeper Supply Chain expertise is required

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience across Supply Chain Planning, IBP and/or S&OP
• Hands-on implementation experience within a planning technology environment
• Experience with platforms such as o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or similar
• Previous client-facing consulting experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable owning Supply Chain workstreams directly with clients
• Strong understanding of Demand, Supply, Inventory, and integrated planning processes
• Comfortable supporting client and sales conversations as a Supply Chain SME
• Ability to turn project experience into reusable frameworks and best practices
• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in helping build a growing practice
• Pigment or Workday Adaptive experience is not required for someone with the right Supply Chain background
