About the Opportunity

A rapidly growing enterprise planning consultancy is seeking an experienced Principal Pigment Consultant to join its expanding delivery team.

Working with enterprise organizations across North America and globally, you’ll lead large-scale planning transformation projects, partnering directly with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic planning solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a consultancy with a strong pipeline of work, minimal travel requirements, and the chance to work on complex enterprise implementations rather than mid-market projects.

Key Responsibilities

Client Delivery

• Lead enterprise Pigment implementation projects from discovery through deployment.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to understand planning requirements and design scalable solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and guide clients through planning transformation initiatives.
• Provide strategic advisory services throughout implementation lifecycles.

Solution Leadership

• Design and deliver best-practice Pigment solutions.
• Lead solution architecture and implementation strategy.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Support solution optimization and continuous platform improvements.

Consulting & Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams.
• Mentor consultants and provide technical guidance where required.
• Build long-term client relationships through successful project delivery.
• Contribute to delivery best practices and internal capability development.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required

• Proven experience delivering Pigment implementation projects.
• Experience operating as a Principal, Lead, or Senior Consultant.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading workshops and enterprise planning transformations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
