We’re working with a high-growth, boutique consulting firm that’s rapidly building out its presence in the next-generation EPM / Connected Planning space, with a strong focus on Pigment implementations.

They’re a relatively new player in the market but have already seen significant project success and client traction, driven by a leadership team with deep experience across Anaplan and modern planning technologies. The founders are highly regarded in the space and bring a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.

This is a great opportunity to join a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have direct exposure to cutting-edge technology, meaningful client work, and the chance to accelerate your experience in Pigment alongside some of the strongest practitioners in the market.

The Role

As an EPM / Pigment Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering end-to-end planning solutions for clients, helping them move away from legacy processes and into more scalable, connected planning environments.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, support solution design, and contribute to successful implementations across a range of use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of end-to-end EPM / Pigment implementations
  • Translate business requirements into scalable planning models
  • Work closely with senior consultants and architects on solution design
  • Build, test, and deploy models aligned to best practices
  • Engage directly with clients and support workshops and requirement gathering
  • Contribute to documentation, training, and user adoption
  • Collaborate within a growing team and contribute to practice development

What They’re Looking For

  • Experience within EPM / Connected Planning tools (Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, etc.)
  • Background in consulting or client-facing delivery
  • Strong understanding of planning processes (FP&A, S&OP, IBP, etc.)
  • Interest in or exposure to Pigment (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Why This Opportunity?

  • Join a high-growth consultancy at an early stage of its journey
  • Work directly with top-tier experts in the Pigment space
  • Gain hands-on experience with one of the fastest-growing planning platforms
  • Strong learning environment with clear progression opportunities
  • Collaborative, supportive, and entrepreneurial culture
  • Flexible working environment (remote-friendly)
