Oracle Retail Portfolio Lead

I am working with a Leading Oracle Systems Integrator who is looking for a Portfolio Lead to oversee Sales across Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing.

You would have a personal quota, and oversee a team quota. Currently, there are 4 BDs reporting in to this position.

Looking for someone who can comfortably sit with a C-suite of a Retail organization, and truly understand their needs and functional requirements. Can understand Oracle’s offering in this space to build out to match.

Responsibilities

• Maintain team quota and revenue
• Maintain personal quota
• Work with internal Delivery teams across Oracle ERP, EPM, HCM, and SCM to ensure smooth project work in the industry
• Work closely with Oracle Alliances
• Work with internal team, and Oracle team, to develop custom applications in the retail industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working with Retail/CPG/Manufacturing clients (or directly in industry)
• Experienced leading Sales teams
• 5+ years’ experience working at another Oracle SI / Oracle Implementation Partner
• Experienced working on Pre-Sales efforts

This is an incredibly senior position at a Leading Oracle Partner. Salary is extremely competitive to match.
