This consultancy is seeking an Oracle EPM Support Consultant within there FCCS department. This role involves working with both Hyperion On-Premise and Oracle EPM Cloud applications, with a focus on Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned consultant with strong multi-tasking abilities, excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a positive attitude. You will be responsible for managing support tickets, recommending process enhancements, and optimizing client solutions across multiple EPM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EPM applications (FCCS, HFM, Data Management)
• Manage multiple client accounts from a range of industries
• Troubleshoot and resolve support tickets efficiently
• Identify and implement process improvements and optimization strategies
• Deliver high-quality remote support for post-go-live environments

Required Experience & Skills:

• 3+years’ experience with Oracle EPM close and consolidation applications.
• Hands-on expertise in: Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud (FCCS) and Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
• Experience in financial reporting and smart view
• Further experience with FDMEE or EDMCS is a plus.
• 3+ year experience in consulting with around Oracle.
• Background in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to multitask, work independently and collaboratively
