Oracle EPM Architect

A leading organization is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Architect to design, lead, implement, and optimize cloud-based EPM solutions. This strategic role involves driving transformation across financial planning, consolidation, reconciliation, and reporting initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, especially FCCS, ARCS, and PBCS.
• Design and configure solutions for financial close, consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee deployment of ARCS for automated reconciliation.
• Integrate EPM Cloud applications with ERP systems and other financial tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and automation scripts.
• Provide ongoing system support, training, and performance tuning.
• Keep current with Oracle Cloud updates and EPM best practices.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of Oracle EPM experience with strong hands-on skills in FCCS, ARCS, and PBCS.
• Expertise in financial systems architecture, implementation, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and key accounting principles.
• Skilled in EPM Automate, Smart View, SQL, and Oracle integration tools.
• Proven experience integrating EPM with Oracle.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Certifications preferred but not required.
