This is a leading manufacturing company that provides integrated facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions, delivering essential services to several different market sectors including real estate, aviation and education.

Responsibilities

• Manage enhancement and implementation of EPM cloud products (FCCS and ARCS) following the system development life cycle.
• Support the business customer with designing technology solutions that enable and scale to the end-to-end business process.
• Translate business requirements to functional specifications for development
• Conduct unit and integrated testing to ensure updates meet specifications without adverse impacts.
• Prepare and maintain documentation and conduct training associated with new or existing application functionality.
• Manage end-user requests, monitor service tickets, and resolve business issues.
• Provide application support for Oracle EPM products, including issue resolution and monthly close tasks.
• Partner with the vendor to ensure application maintenance occurs in line with cloud and internal procedures.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

• Degree in relevant fields, such as Finance, Accounting, and / or Information Systems.

Experience:

• 3-10+ years’ experience configuring and implementing EPM cloud products (Free Form cube, FCCs, EDMCS, etc.)
• 3+ years of hands-on functional, administration, and support with Oracle reporting applications such as Hyperion Essbase and / or EPM Cloud Products
• Technical background with development knowledge of scripting and business rules.
