Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Consultant – Lead Level
- Location: Remote, United States, with occasional travel
- Salary: $160,000–$180,000

The Opportunity
A growing enterprise technology consultancy is looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Planning Consultant to lead client implementations across public sector, education, healthcare, and commercial organisations.
This is a client-facing role combining functional planning expertise, hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM configuration, and project leadership. You will guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through deployment and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementations
- Facilitate workshops with finance and operational stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions
- Configure Oracle EPBCS/PBCS applications
- Advise clients on budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting best practices
- Support testing, deployment, integrations, calculations, reporting, and metadata
- Manage project milestones, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to delivery best practices
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience with financial planning, budgeting, or forecasting solutions
- At least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud EPM Planning implementations
- Strong Oracle EPBCS/PBCS expertise
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into system configurations
- Ability to operate across functional and light technical responsibilities
- Strong client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- US work authorisation without sponsorship
