Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Implementation Consultant to join our expanding Oracle EPM practice. In this role, you’ll lead and support enterprise-level ARCS implementations and contribute to projects that enhance global reconciliation, compliance, and close processes.
Candidates with some exposure to FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) are strongly encouraged to apply.
You’ll collaborate with clients across various industries to design and deploy innovative reconciliation solutions that improve accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in the financial close.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead or contribute to full-cycle Oracle ARCS implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Configure reconciliation formats, profiles, rules, and workflows in ARCS.
- Support integration of ARCS with ERP systems and data management platforms.
- Collaborate with clients to assess current reconciliation processes and define future-state designs aligned with best practices.
- Assist in the deployment or support of FCCS for clients needing combined reconciliation and close solutions.
- Create test scripts, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and conduct end-user training.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with client and internal teams including finance, audit, and IT stakeholders.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud EPM updates, industry trends, and evolving compliance standards.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS, including end-to-end implementation experience.
- Exposure to FCCS or related financial consolidation tools.
- Solid understanding of account reconciliation, financial close, and internal controls.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management and EPM Automate.
- Familiarity with Smart View, Excel-based reconciliation templates, and workflow automation.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Oracle certifications (ARCS, FCCS) are a plus.
- Prior consulting experience in a large or global firm preferred.
