Our client specializes in offering cutting edge finance transformation solutions to clients across various industries. They are currently seeking an experienced project manager to join their team and help deliver exceptional services to their clients.

In this role you will be responsible for leading the engagement in the CFO area, design and implementation of OneStream solutions for their clients. You will work closely with those clients to understand their priorities and requirements and advise them on how to aptly utilise the full potential of the OneStream platform. You will also be responsible for managing a team of consultants ensuring high quality end to end delivery of consulting projects as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you should have the following qualifications and skills:

• More than 4-6 years of finance transformation or business finance experience from large global organizations, e.g. within other consultancies or finance functions (role to be defined depending on seniority).
• Knowledge of business finance disciplines such as financial steering, planning, performance reporting and business partnering, considering technology solutions, data, process and governance.
• Hands-on experience into the technology solutions in the market for business finance including experience in the vendor selection process, design and implementation.
• Project management experience rooted in strong values and a commitment to excellence and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills by being able to process the complexity of a client situations into clear recommendations.
• Track record of establishing trust-based relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all audiences including peers and senior leaders in a structured manner.
