OneStream Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced OneStream Architect to join a growing Finance Transformation practice in Brussels.

You will play a key role in large-scale EPM transformations, working closely with CFO organisations to design and deliver end-to-end OneStream solutions across FP&A and Consolidation.

Your Responsibilities

You will:

• Act as Solution Architect / Lead Developer on complex OneStream implementations, from design through to go-live and hypercare
• Lead the architecture and blueprint design for FP&A and Consolidation solutions
• Translate business requirements into scalable OneStream solutions, bridging the gap between Finance and IT
• Design overall EPM system architecture, including integrations and data validation frameworks
• Ensure best practice configuration of workflows, calculations and reporting
• Lead Proof of Concepts for prospects
• Coach and mentor implementation consultants
• Act as the key client contact during project delivery
• Develop finance models covering consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and costing
• Contribute to practice growth and business development initiatives

Your Profile

• University degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Strong hands-on OneStream experience
• Experience as OneStream Architect on at least 2 full-cycle implementations
• Experience covering design, configuration, testing, training and hypercare
• Strong knowledge of consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• OneStream Lead Architect certified, or 3+ years implementation experience with motivation to achieve certification
• Experience with other EPM tools is a plus (Anaplan, CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Pigment, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English and either Dutch or French
